one week-to-date i have remained celibate. (i dont count masturbation as violation)
motivation: largely spiritual - i feel i have over-indulged and i need to restrain myself. there's also the need for discipline and self-control.
so i'm fasting. sex-fasting. let's see how long this will last. :)
So before you started fasting, how frequently did you have sex? :-)

I'd just like to share that I challenged myself from doing any sexual act including masturbation.
ReplyDeleteI was able to hold it all in for 5 weeks. hehe. It was tough, I tell you.
the longest time i was able to abstain from sex (masturbation excluded) was 2 years 1 month and a few days. my reason for avoiding sex was very simple: i don't find sex with someone i don't know satisfying.
