nakarelate ako dito sa issue... being self aware is needed pero once you're self-aware (which is the easy part) , it doesn't mean that you accept yourself. changes are needed talaga and more often than not, unfortunately most of the time tama yung nag sabi na baguhin ang physical and mas madaling sumunod yung ibang aspects.
