a more 'senior' audience would appreciate this comedy. a bit of a stretch to me - tori spelling's character must have been a cross between mother teresa and goldie hawn. but it builds up the sexual tension nicely. its really best friend's wedding in pink. the movie was okay but it didnt have me particularly doing a standing ovation. but the leads are H-O-T!

i have the deeveedee courtesy of my chekwa door to door pirated dvd vendor like my eating out 2 and shelter, go grab ako if I see a hint of pink in the dvd haha, tried to see this but got bored kala ko its like Tricks another film which didnt impress me, but days ago I downlaoded Latter Days (have you watched it?) panget ang start but totally blown away by how the movie unfolded especially how they ended it, totally fell in love with the second half of it... then its the same director with Kissing the Bride so I might give this film a second chance soon..

not sure if it will be screened in singapore. it is apparently now illegal to show anything that normalise gay relationship. the TV station was fined for showing a segment where a gay couple with a kid was doing renovation to their house. @#$@#% totally speechless.

I liked Latter Days but nothing compared to Shelter! Super love ko ang surfer movie na ito. Much better than Brokeback in terms of development, but it ended too "cleanly" if that makes sense. ANYway, I have yet to watch Kiss the Bride. :-) Will have to give that a shot soon.
I agree with marcus. Shelter is probably one of the best gay movies i've seen so far. they're not pretentious, the feelings were so real and it really really had a good effect on me. As I write this, I am watching the movie again. I'm downloading 'Kiss' na rin.

Just watched Shelter a few days ago & I really like it! I will let my friends watch it too over the weekend then I will try to download Latter Days.
After watching the trailer of Kiss, I find it very interesting & a cool movie. Looking forward to watch the movie.
