There are actually eye exercises you can do to improve your sight. Why don't you try them?

I hate long pastas: spaghetti, tagliatelle, fetucini. The short ones are less messy: penne, fusili, macaroni. Pastina in soups are nice. Putanesca is way too spicy. Napoletana or good old bolognese is for me. Pesto is nice but way too calorie-laden.
I am way too lazy for contact lenses. I wish I could afford lasik treatment. What is it with Orientals and myopia?

"Seven Habits of Highly Effective People" according to some colleagues is really good. I really paid no mind about it. Now with you being a fan of it, maybe I should start reading it. hehehe

Re: #11 - why not go for Lasik? I've done it and it's the best thing I've done with my money. Had it in June of last year and I love waking up with clear vision.

The procedure was quick and relatively painless. In fact, there wasn't any pain, just discomfort right after the procedure till you go to sleep that day. It just felt like I was wearing really dry contacts right that time but when I woke up the next day, no pain and no more need for glasses or contacts.
